Actually, in @tkent-google did some [research](https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/d/msg/blink-dev/mMJ5vh7AVyk/4EvFsoYnBQAJ) for WebKitTransitionEvent, and the same code would also trigger the TransitionEvent use counter. So it's quite possible it can be removed as well.
