Re: [whatwg/dom] Un-merge Document and HTMLDocument (#221)

@cdumez @smaug---- does that mean we make each of those a proper class (with HTMLDocument and XMLDocument each extending Document) and potentially give each of them their own constructor? I think that's fine. The difference between that and aliasing is really small.
