Re: [whatwg/dom] Un-merge Document and HTMLDocument (#221)

@foolip, I would really appreciate if you would remove "HTMLDocument and XMLDocument" from the possibilities. We have heard pushback against that from two implementers, and keeping it on the table is preventing Blink from moving forward and achieving compatibility with WebKit and Gecko. All other options are interesting to discuss, and don't prevent Blink from shipping the Document constructor and achieving interop while we conduct that discussion. But leaving that particular option on the table is harmful to forward progress, in my opinion.
