Re: [w3ctag/spec-reviews] A spec style/structure checklist? (#136)

I'm a bit concerned that it could quickly become overly bureaucratic if it's a document that we drop onto people. I could see giving people advice / mentoring about how to approach documents upon request, and maybe eventually distilling a few bits of advice from that.
