I was misunderstanding the `targetClientId`. So, it's more like a client of the browsing context where the response's document loaded. One question is what the use case for `targetClientId` then? As discussed on IRC, I understand `reservedClientId` can be used to link the two `FetchEvent`s: the main resource and its subresource. -- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to this thread.
