I'd also like to hear input from UI Events editors. I'm also reminded of https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/d/msg/blink-dev/WEMnlVIbe70/hP7fhHP0AAAJ (from @phistuck) about what kind of event it has to be. It seems likely that allowing any kind of event will work with more content and also makes the layering simpler.
