Re: [whatwg/dom] Define how script-created click events are special during dispatch (#325)

@dtapuska if you are saying that they respond to synthetic events that would be problematic as that means they need to be part of dispatch (otherwise they could be part of the OS input action). I wonder how interoperable those are.
