Re: [whatwg/dom] Add caniuse info boxes like the HTML spec (#69)

@tabatkins, would a solution be adding a new metadata item, something like `caniuse prefix: https://dom.spec.whatwg.org/`, which can be set in the source file, and thus you can use that + the generated IDs in the document to figure things out?
