Re: [w3c/filesystem-api] Is this spec deprecated? (#8)

It seems there are 3 specs here:

File API: https://www.w3.org/TR/FileAPI/ (widely implemented, [92% support](http://caniuse.com/#feat=fileapi))
File API (Directories and System): https://www.w3.org/TR/file-system-api/ (Chrome only, deprecated, [51% support](http://caniuse.com/#feat=filesystem&search=filesystem))
FileSystem API (this repo): http://w3c.github.io/filesystem-api/ (browser support unclear, spec status unclear, stalled?)

Is my understanding correct?
