Also, I'm a little curious about the naming of <code>canMakeActivePayment</code>.  What does the word &ldquo;active&rdquo; mean in this context?  (It makes more sense to me in the context of the <code>canMakePaymentsWithActiveCard</code> method that you refer to in the explainer.)
