Re: [whatwg/encoding] Bikeshed conversion (#79)

If I replace the two uses of `>encode<` with `>encodex<` the errors disappear. Is Bikeshed treating 'encoding' and 'encode' as the same term via conjugation?

Maybe just add `lt=encode-hook` to those.
