The constructor should be `[Constructor(DOMString type, optional EventInit eventInitDict)]`. (Guidance incoming: https://github.com/whatwg/dom/issues/364.)

You should state the "newly created PromptResponseObject" is created in the relevant Realm of _event_. See https://github.com/heycam/webidl/issues/135. Most specs are bad about this but we're trying to be better going forward :).
