Re: [w3c/webcomponents] The is="" attribute is confusing? Maybe we should encourage only ES6 class-based extension. (#509)

I never thought so much about "interpreting" vs "writing with". The `is=""`
attribute is better when interpreting HTML (it could possibly help someone
figure out what to `grep` for more easily), but class-names-as-tag-names
are nicer when writing HTML (assuming knowledge of the [Custom Element's]
API.)
