Re: [w3c/webcomponents] Add an assignedElements() method (#602)

In my case it would be really painful to do an explicit slotted content. As I'm waiting for an undefined number of slides, it would force the user of the component to add a container with a slot attribute with a specific name. The user should not have to do that, it's part of the internal/private behavior of the component.
