Re: [whatwg/streams] Add code coverage reporting to the reference implementation/tests (6ee11ff)

Sorry I didn't notice this before the merge, but: Why does this glob have double asterisks before 'lib'? Is there some other deeper lib directory that's supposed to be covered that isn't `reference-implementation/lib`?
