Re: [heycam/webidl] Modernize invoking user code (#113)

I'm not sure people designing web APIs need to understand the algorithms involved here; they contain a lot of obtuse stuff we've spent several months hashing out. Rather, they need to understand the publicly-exposed "spec API", which is the four `<dfn>`s. _Binding implementers_ need to understand the notation, sure.
