Re: [fetch] Integrating support for PasswordCredential objects. (#237)

Hrm. What would you like to see us do here? Should we expose a new accessor? Or just change the type of the `credentials` accessor to the new union? I think I'd prefer the latter, but I don't have a good feel for how it might break.
