Re: [fetch] Integrating support for PasswordCredential objects. (#237)

Changed "credential" to "password", fixed the assertion, and added a note about "password"'s behavior.

I'm not entirely convinced that it's worthwhile to distinguish between the types of credentials that might be attached to a request, but there doesn't seem to be any harm in specificity.
