Re: [webcomponents] Remove `Callback` suffix from custom elements callbacks (#414)

Huh, my recollection was that we decided that this whole idea of trying to not populate the namespace of a class is not worthwhile because frameworks / libraries shouldn't be reusing it for other purposes, and it's better for all custom elements to use the same callback names.
