@beidson With <a href="https://www.w3.org/TR/WebIDL-1/">WebIDL</a> it's "Level n". With <a href="https://w3c.github.io/html/">HTML</a> it's "n.n". I'd suggest using the "n.n" convention. CSS uses "Level n", but with many modules at the same level that makes more sense.
