Re: [w3c/pointerlock] Update for Shadow DOM (#4)

LGTM.
Let me work on upstreaming retargeting algorithm to DOM Standard , https://github.com/whatwg/dom/issues/276.
After that, we can update Pointer Lock specification, again, so that it does not refer to Shadow DOM spec.
