Each time, the process goes only as far as "Gathering Your Tests" and I've allowed it to rest there for as many as 12 hours with no change, AND MORE SIGNIFICANTLY TO MY VIEW, NO ERROR GETS REPORTED ON THE PAGE FROM DELL. It just sits there, with a spinning icon as if all is well. It would be acceptable (but disappointing) to learn that YOUR PARTICULAR Dell laptop is not compatible with the online diagnosis feature of the website, (you know, like the Intel Driver Update app that has yet to work on ANY of the 15 or so Brand Name "Intel Inside" Desktop PC's I have owned) , or that the combination of your patched-up, updated, duct-taped, baling-wired version of 32/64 Y/N? bit/byte/butt Windows while running THAT PARTICULAR VERSION of Chrome is to blame, and you should contact you system administrator for assistance. I am not sure, BS, I have NO idea what I am doing. What I'm trying to do is bring the bits and pieces of the files that displayed text indicating errors on the page that, to me, appear relevant to the error I experience. And a few security errors, also. Just sayin'. I don't know if what I am trying to do is of any value to others that use that site, but I would think so. I have sent support emails about this, but never once got a response. If I have hosed up anything, please forgive me, and I promise never to do it again. If I can be of any assistance, please tell me what you want, with extremely anal-retentive instructions, and I will do it to the best of my abilities.
