While it's true that WebSockets do not fit well with the ServiceWorker model, it is not the case that WebSockets are supplanted by the fetch API. Their use cases are different. It is unfortunate that WebSocket over HTTP/2 is not a thing (yet?) but arguably for many things WebSockets are actually used for that is irrelevant. -- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to this thread.
