Re: [w3c/manifest] The new explainer ties the manifest with the concept of install ability (#536)

In addition to installability, another use of the manifest MIGHT be as a signal of relevance for search engines.  If a web developer invests in a rich/high-quality web app manifest, it may be an indication of the general quality of the website.  

Since search engine algorithms are often proprietary, I'm not sure if folks from Baidu, DuckDuckGo, Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Yandex, etc. would be free to confirm (or deny) the above, but it may be another use case to consider including in the explainer, even if just hypothetically.
