[w3c/IndexedDB] Add travis-ci config (#127)

Trying this out - this is just https://tabatkins.github.io/bikeshed/#travis-ci dropped in on top of `gh-pages`. I'll see if this reports success then try intentionally inducing a bikeshed error.
