You can create a `<table is="sort-table">` with `<tr is="draggable-row">` inside and printers, as well as older browsers, will be able to see data regardless. This is so simple as concept, and yet I have the feeling that by the time you'll get it it's 2020 and we won't need HTML at all ... is anything happening about this part of the specification?
