I forgot to mention that the following should be possible too:

```html
<some-element extends="video" ...>
  ...
<some-element>
```

with emphasis on the fact that the _built-in_ element goes inside the `extends` property.

I argue the same if we keep `is=""`:

```html
<new-element is="foo-element" ...>
  ...
</new-element>
<some-element is="video" ...>
  ...
<some-element>
```
