Re: [w3c/clipboard-apis] Use <pre class=idl> for IDL blocks (#31)

I'm actually converting the spec to bikeshed at the moment and I'll be using
   <pre class="idl" data-highlight="webidl">
for all IDL.

This change should happen within the next week.
