Does choosing `<div>` for a default separator have any effect on other things than `execCommand()`? Or it's strictly related to what `execCommand()` does today? I'm asking because all editors I know use `<p>`, but also none that I know use `execCommand()`. So if this change is only meant to standardise `execCommand()` I guess we're fine.
