Re: [whatwg/dom] Spec for DOMTokenList stringifier disagrees with every single implementation (#105)

I'd like to hear what the Edge people think, because what I do NOT think we should do is change behavior here more than once, and in particular I don't want to make the change only to have them object to it strenuously and get it reverted.

That said, if there is actually a good patch (i.e. one that does not regress performance and so forth), I would be ok with it if there is general buy-in from everyone.
