Re: [whatwg/streams] can streams be transferred via postMessage()? (#276)

This would be very useful for my [StreamSaver.js](https://github.com/jimmywarting/StreamSaver.js) to be able to post a stream to the service worker. behind the seen it uses a messageChannel.

But this lib would be obsolete if we would ever get a api to write to the filesystem so it doesn't have to go through a SW 😄
