Re: [whatwg/dom] Remove feature detection from add() and add supports() (#123)

This new DOMTokenList.supports() reminds me of DOMImplementation.hasFeature() whose implementation gets so easily outdated and which is now a no-op in the latest DOM spec. I am personally not a fan.
