Re: [whatwg/fetch] OCSP fetches bypass service worker (#347)

Maybe we can solve this with fetch groups. There could be some user-agent-controlled fetch group that basically always bypasses service workers and unless stated otherwise requests belong there. That way we could avoid monkey patching though we should probably still mention this example as the whole interaction is rather confusing.
