Re: [w3c/editing] Should we expose physical direction in Deletion commands? (for the case of RTL) (#133)

Btw, this started out as a question relation to physical directions and the beforeinput event. Now it seems to have shifted to a question of sub-character manipulation. Should we maybe close this ticket and create a new one for the new issue?
