[dom] Add some manual dfns to Elements. Fixes #96. (#101)

* Add `<dfn>` to the Elements interface and its methods.
* Remove "Elements" from Ignored Terms.
* Fix unrelated linking errors that were accidentally masked by the Ignored Terms entry.
