Re: [DOM-Level-3-Events-code] [code] KeyboardEvent code spec should have featurephone section (#5)

We have Numpad0 .. Numpad9, NumpadStar and NumpadHash that cover this case now. I'll add a figure to make it more apparent that these values should be used for feature phones.
