Re: [dom] MutationObserver with querySelector for elements (#77)

I launched a light-workload marionette test scenario on the app:

 - mutations: 667
 - addednodes: 2464
 - removednodes: 450
 - affectedl10nnodes: 407

that's signal/noise ratio of 0.14. That's a lot of resources going nowhere.
