Re: [DOM-Level-3-Events-key] Define TV or A/V remote controller's keys (#5)

'Pairing' added for _PAIRING
'MediaLast' added for _LAST_CHANNEL
'MediaTopMenu' added for MEDIA_TOP_MENU

And a TV section has been added.

I believe that the Switch_VT_1 ... 12 correspond to the KEYCODE_11 and _12 that were added in Android (with '1' .. '9' and '0' (=10) filling out the other channels.
