Re: [editing] What caret positions do we need to allow? (#51)

With stub elements is meant basically SVG, img, canvas and likely some more I cannot think of. How about `br`? Can that be treated as any other stub element?

In the HTML spec I just find `void` elements for elements that have no end tag. But that doesn't then apply to SVGs, for example, right?
