Re: [dom] Question about references after Bikeshed conversion (#42)

@tabatkins that's the IDL, but there should still be a single description for `bar()`. Since IDL ends up invoking a single specification-defined algorithm. (We need to make IDL a bit more imperative about how that handoff works and have it pass in some useful variables, such as the context object (to be named "this"), but that's what it comes down to.)
