Re: [dom] Question about references after Bikeshed conversion (#42)

Hmm this looks ugly, first argument is connected to name without any separator:
https://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#dom-element-getelementsbytagnamensnamespace-localname 

But problem is that any pages that use references for this spec now not work, not only other specs but of course any pages, like MDN, etc. It would be good if changing ids format does not happen often.
