Re: [webcomponents] isEncapsulated naming (#107)

I'm not a fan of using subtree here because it might be ambiguous what subtree means here.
The term of subtree is widely used in the context of the node tree, IMO.

Here, we're scoping the event to sub-tree-of-trees.
