Re: [editing] Reference actions in clipboard API spec for execCommand copy/cut/paste (#61)

There will be an intent event for cut/paste, which you can find in the intent spec. At a later stage, there may be a higher level spec which includes handeling of those directly (without the use of JS). 

ContentEditable=True will likely also be deprecated and there will be decision not to spec it, the way it currently looks.
