[charter-html] [group-charter] What Editing TF specs should be included? (#91)

The Editing TF home page includes several (unpublished) specs that, ATM, are Not included in the draft charter:

Which ones do we expect this Super Duper WG to work on?

(If one or more should be added to the draft charter, perhaps it would make sense to create a new category such as "Editing and Selection APIs" and include the Selection API.)
