Agreed that this doesn't seem to be a priority for now. But the expectation of declarative inclusion of external documents is natural enough (imo) to lead me to believe we might get sometime along those lines in the future.

I believe a `:focus` pseudoselector should work, but that discussion is off-topic on this issue. Please use another forum for that.
