Re: [fetch] Mechanism to indicate "destination context" (#64)

If you want a shorthand for `Accept` we should expose the primitive from the specification, not some new syntax. Anyway, I'd like to see your last paragraph quantified somehow, since it seems very important to distinguish some font the user might navigate to next from say a font the page uses.
