Re: [fetch] Access to the HTTP trailer (#34)

@davidben fair points. I wonder if this applies to other implementations. /cc @mcmanus, @toddreifsteck

I'm wondering if it would help to nail down some concrete use cases and then examine how/if we can support them and their associated costs and risks. For example, in the context of using trailers for [communicating timing metrics](https://w3c.github.io/server-timing/#the-server-timing-header-field), cache persistence is a nice-to-have and I think we could live without it.
