Re: [touch-events] Merge missed 'v1-errata' commits into gh-pages (4082863)

Shouldn't be "my name".  Eg. see [the commit list for the branch](https://github.com/w3c/touch-events/commits/gh-pages), all your commits are there (there's just an additional 'merge' commit from me because there was a couple conflicts I had to resolve manually).
