Re: [editing-explainer] beforeinput should be fired only when the DOM change is caused by direct input by keypress or composition (#43)

The above discussion happened in DOM L3 Events. I think we have a general belief in the Editing TF that we want to fire beforeInput for user events only, not for system events.
