Re: [ServiceWorker] Can we change the body attribute of Request/Response to a method? (#606)

I feel like over in https://github.com/slightlyoff/ServiceWorker/issues/452 we are coming to a better understanding of bodyUsed. My https://github.com/slightlyoff/ServiceWorker/issues/452#issuecomment-70718250 combined with tyoshino's exhaustive analysis in https://github.com/slightlyoff/ServiceWorker/issues/452#issuecomment-70795093 seem to give something that would be useful for developers. However there are still questions, including apparently security concerns from horo-t.

(Not @-mentioning tyoshino or horo-t to avoid spamming their inboxes.)
